Ken Gandy, founder, owner, and general contractor for Ken Gandy Construction started building in his early twenties, spending summers building houses for a business of a family friend and acquiring the tools he needed to start his own building business at an early age. Through his experiences and persistent work ethic, Gandy has built not only sturdy homes, leaving customers more than satisfied with the results, but also has built an efficient and productive team of builders, contractors, and specialists with one common goal, to get the job done quickly and error-free. Ken Gandy trains the large majority of his team members so that the work is top quality and exactly what the customer deserves.

One of the best things about Ken Gandy Construction is their availability and approachability. Ken Gandy is a full time builder and is not concerned with anything except the quality and speed with which the homes are built.  The relationship that Ken Gandy maintains with his clients is positive, he has yet to encounter an unsatisfied customer.  It is Ken Gandy Construction's mission to see that all work is excellent, due to careful planning and execution.
